Eligibility Criteria for PHEC Internship 2023
The eligible candidate must have:
- Domicile from any district of Punjab.
- Maximum 45 years of age on the closing date of application.
- Enrolled in a Ph.D. program of any public/private sector university of Punjab and should have completed coursework.
- Applied after 1.5 years of enrollment and a maximum of up to 3.5 years in a Ph.D. program.
- Passed the comprehensive examination (as per university norms).
- Ph.D. synopsis/ research proposal approved by the Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR) or equivalent statutory body of the university.
- Valid acceptance letter from a foreign university/supervisor listed in tup 200 QS world universities general ranking of 2023.

Apply online at the PHEC website and a printed copy of the application complete in respects must reach on or before March 31, 2023, at 05.00 PM through registered post only. Application submitted by hand will not be accepted.
